Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your location and the item ordered, since some products ship from our US fulfillment partners and others from international warehouses. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and again at checkout.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat calculated rate shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if a significant delay occurs.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll try to help.
